1. On the Day / Late Arrival Please arrive on time — sessions begin and end as scheduled. For private sessions, your photographer will wait a reasonable amount of time, but a long delay may be treated as a no-show. For shared or group tours, late arrivals may shorten your photo time, and we cannot extend beyond the booked slot. 2. Health, Mobility & Safety Tours involve light to moderate walking; please inform us in advance if you have health or mobility concerns so we can adapt the route. You are responsible for your own health, belongings, and personal safety. We carry tourist accident insurance as required under Thai tourism law, but liability is limited to coverage and proven negligence. 3. Photography & Image Rights After your tour, you’ll receive professionally edited, high-resolution images via a private online gallery. You may share or print these photos for personal, non-commercial use. RAW or unedited files are not provided unless specially agreed upon. With your permission, we may feature selected photos in our portfolio or marketing materials — we always ask first. 4. Use of Personal Information We collect only essential details (name, email, contact info) for booking, communication, and delivery of your photos. Your information is confidential — we never sell or share it with third parties except where required by law. 5. Liability & Indemnification You agree to act responsibly and follow local customs and safety guidance during the tour. Walk-Talk-Photo Co., Ltd. is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service, except where required by Thai law. 6.
