What you’ll experience

Get ready for an active and diverse journey that blends adventure, nature, and culture in the unspoiled landscapes of Phang Nga province.

This fantastic hike, bike, and swim experience is perfectly suited for anyone with average fitness looking to explore beyond the usual tourist trails.

Your day begins with a morning jungle hike in Khao Lampi Hat Thai Mueang National Park (entrance fee included). You'll follow a 650-meter nature trail alongside a small river and giant trees, leading you to the impressive Ton Phrai Waterfall. Here, you can marvel at the cascading water, capture stunning photos, and take a refreshing dip in the natural pool.

Next, you hop on your bike for a 25 km ride that seamlessly transitions from the mountains to the sea. Starting on quiet tarmac roads, you'll venture off the beaten path onto shaded farmland trails, pedaling through vast rubber and palm oil plantations, rolling pineapple fields, and remote farms, all while learning fascinating insights into local farming life.

Along the way, you'll pause at a unique forest temple, built around a serene pond and showcasing a beautiful blend of colorful architectural styles—a perfect, tranquil stop.

Around midday, you’ll cycle toward the coast near Thai Muang, known for its long, empty beach, to enjoy a delicious seaside lunch of authentic Thai dishes. The final stretch is easy and relaxing, as you ride through the old town of the former mining community of Thai Muang, visit a local Chinese Buddhist shrine, and follow flat, quiet roads through coastal farmland dotted with clear lakes—former tin mines now filled with clean water.

The adventure culminates with a memorable swim in one of these clear lakes and a final drink while enjoying the view, before your transfer back to the hotel. For maximum flexibility, an air-conditioned support vehicle is always available if you prefer to skip any part of the ride.
